Mr. Pinder resides in my community. I e-mailed and phone him one day to ask what his availability was to take a look at my computer problems. Mr. Pinder gave me a date and time. He was on time for his appointment which means a great deal to me.
Mr. Pinder told me exactly what he was going to do and explained each step he was taking in repairing my problem. He also suggested other options which would benefit my needs for the computer.
