The following services are $40 per hour with a two hour minimum:

- Software installation
- Hardware upgrades
- MP3, Printer, etc installation and training
- Computer performance tune-up
- Computer Troubleshooting
The following services are $50 per hour with a two hour minimum:
- Operating system reinstall (Win 98- Win Vista)
- Network Installation (Wireless, troubleshooting, connecting devices)
Business Customers: $50/hr with a two hour minimum

Answer:
No! We will come to your home or business provided you live in the following areas:

Most people do not want to deal with the hassle of unhooking their computer and bringing it to a computer shop; at RiDE Group, we come right to your door!

How long does it usually take to fix my computer?
Answer:
Provided you have broadband Internet access, most issues are resolved within two hours. If more time is needed, we will take your computer to our office and return it back within 24-48hrs--all included in your service call.
